Pricing
- Teletherapy Session Fee: $60.00 per child, per 30-minute increments
- In-Person Session Fee: are $60.00 per child, per 30 minutes (plus travel fee if applicable)
- Travel Fees: Apply to in-person sessions IF meeting at child’s home, library, or some other predetermined site
- Within 5 miles = additional $10.00 per visit
- Within 5-10 miles = additional $20.00 per visit
- Within 10-15 miles = additional $30.00 per visit
- Speech Evaluation: $250.00 + regular session fee
- Reports (available upon request): $50.00
Small Talk accepts cash and electronic payment through Venmo and Zelle. In an effort to respect and empower parents, Small Talk does not accept insurance. Superbills for those with HSAs and FSAs are available upon request. Similarly, invoices for services are also available upon request.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the close of each month for all sessions completed during that month. Payment reminders will be sent out via text. Payment may be made after each session is completed, if preferred.
Hours and Calendar
If it is determined that the child would benefit from intervention, a regular treatment schedule for that child is established. The typical schedule consists of 1-2 30-minute sessions per week. The family and clinician agree upon a day(s) and time(s) and that schedule is maintained until the child “graduates” from therapy or the family requests a new therapy schedule.

Monday & Tuesday 9:00–4:00
Wednesday & Thursday 9:00–2:00
Friday – Sunday Closed
- The 27J school district schedule loosely followed with children also serviced on Mondays and through the summer.
- Special arrangements may be made from time to time for special circumstances.
